POSSIBLE ISSUE

SOLUTION

No water is available from the filter system

Check incoming water to the filter system

If water is not flowing to the filter system, locate the restriction point or call a plumber

Check to see if ball valve is open

If closed turn the lever so that it is parallel with the inlet and outlet ports

Check to see if water is passing through the filter

Turn off the ball valve on the inlet side of the filter system and disconnect the tubing on the outlet side of the filter system. Place tubing that is connected to the outlet side of the filter system in a sink or bucket. While holding the tubing secure turn the ball valve slowly to check to see if water is passing through the filter system. If water is not passing through the system the filter needs to be changed. See installation instructions to change the filter or filters.
